The hillscourt is a five minute walk from the vibrant heart of Exeter city. Exeter is establishing itself as one of the fastest growing cities in the country yet still manages to retain its sense of history, the magnificent cathedral and grounds are a popular attraction for visitors and residents of Exeter alike and along with the other historical buildings in the city centre this is what makes Exeter different from so many of the new cities where the modern facilities expected of a city are alongside buildings and streets hundreds of years old.

The quay side is also a very popular attraction the hussle and bussle of busy city life disappears beside the banks of the slow moving canal various live events coupled with good food provide the ultimate outdoor entertainment arena, residents enjoy regular visits to the quayside where the famous Devonshire cream tea is served and enjoyed by all! There are many wonderful parks to visit in Exeter including Northernhay gardens with its magnificent grounds and water features this is the oldest municipal garden in the country and boasts it very own natural amphitheatre where performances are staged as part of the famous Exeter festival.

The opportunity to see what the rest of devon has to offer could not be easier. Exeter has excellent transport links with the devon coast by rail, the train station being a 10 minute walk from the hillscourt and excellent road links also, just being off of the M5 and A38 which leads down to cornwall.
