Care Principles
At the Hillscourt we understand that taking the decision to move into a nursing home is a momentous one and one that is not taken lightly, it is not just about receiving the best nursing care but can often raise more important issues, the fear that a person may lose their individuality and rights is often a main concern.
As a result we have listened to our residents and put together 2 statements both of which ensure we treat every resident as an equal and offer them the same rights and choice they had before they chose to join us, these 2 statements we believe empower the resident and answer many of the questions that weigh the heaviest.
Philosophy of care
We believe that every resident has the right to retain his or her individuality and independence at whatever level.
