Each resident has an individual computerised care plan, and these are written by our Registered Managers in consultation with residents and their families. The care plans are used by all care staff to ensure that residents are cared for in the way they would like.

Also included in our care plans are hobbies, interests, likes, dislikes as well as information about family, friends and treasured memories thus ensuring we offer a truly holistic approach to meeting a person’s care needs.

We encourage every resident to remain as independent as possible.

During the day to day work practices, staff will carry out visual evaluations and report any changes to the senior staff thus ensuring that any change in a resident’s condition is acted upon quickly with the care plans being constantly updated to provide the most up to date information.
