GT Care Services Ltd was founded in July 2004 by Graham Thornton (GT)

Graham had held a number of positions within the nursing home and cemented his commitment to providing high quality nursing care in Exeter when he was offered the chance to purchase the lease of the Hillscourt from the existing owners.

The Hillscourt quickly established itself as one of the premier nursing homes within Exeter and the surrounding area, providing… Care without Compromise.

The reputation of GT Care Services Ltd and The Hillscourt continues to grow and we are the first home to be recommended when looking for premier nursing care in Exeter.

The commitment we show in providing highest standards of nursing care has resulted in glowing praise from both relatives and professionals, with an exemplary inspection report from CQC (Care Quality Commission) following the latest announced inspection.

GT Care Services added St. Saviours Residential Home in Exmouth to their stable in 2007, offering residential/dementia care very much following on with the philosophy of care which runs through the company.

We are now proud to announce the addition of Dorothy Thornton House in Heavitree Road, Exeter which is a high quality residential home for those residents looking for quality care in quality surroundings.

Our staff team contributes fully to the aims and objectives of al of our homes which helps to maintain the ethos of the company. Indeed, the staff team believe that it is essential to maintain a happy home environment for the residents, this makes the staff team feel they are making a difference to their overall quality of life.
